About Feisworld
Feisworld, LLC is a digital media company that produces editorial content, brand reviews, tutorials, podcast episodes, video content, livestreams, and other media. We also operate the AI Hub, a curated directory of tools and platforms we use and recommend. Feisworld partners with brands on sponsored content, affiliate promotions, and media production.
Use of the Services
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Services.
2.2 Permitted Use
You may access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes. You may share links to our content and reference our work with proper attribution.
2.3 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission, except as permitted by fair use.
- Use bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access our content in bulk, except as permitted by our robots.txt.
- Use our content to train or develop AI models without our explicit written consent.

- Disrupt or impose an unreasonable burden on our Services or infrastructure.
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
3.1 Feisworld's Original Content
All original content on feisworld.com — including blog posts, podcast episodes, video content, newsletters, graphics, logos, and the Feisworld brand identity — is the property of Feisworld, LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
3.2 Third-Party Brand Materials
In our brand partnerships, we may use product names, logos, trademarks, screenshots, and press materials provided by partners. All third-party trademarks and brand materials remain the property of their respective owners. Feisworld does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property.
If you are a rights holder and believe your intellectual property has been used in a manner that constitutes infringement, please contact us (see Section 13).
3.3 AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content
Some content may be created with AI tool assistance, including text generation, image generation, voice synthesis, and transcription. All AI-assisted content is reviewed and published under our editorial direction. Feisworld claims copyright in AI-assisted works to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3.4 User-Submitted Content
By submitting content (comments, testimonials, guest pitches), you grant Feisworld a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use such content in connection with our Services. You represent that your submissions are original and do not infringe third-party rights.
AI Hub and Tool Recommendations
Nature of Recommendations
Listings reflect our editorial judgment and firsthand experience. We personally use, test, and evaluate featured products.
Affiliate Relationships
Many listings include affiliate links. We may earn a commission at no cost to you. Affiliate relationships are disclosed per FTC guidelines.
No Warranty
Recommendations are provided “as is.” Pricing, features, and policies may change without notice.
Not a Reseller
Feisworld is not a reseller, agent, or representative of any third-party tool unless explicitly stated.
Sponsored and Branded Content
5.1 Disclosure
All sponsored content is clearly labeled in accordance with FTC guidelines. It may appear as blog posts, YouTube videos, podcast episodes, livestreams, newsletter features, or social media posts.
5.2 Editorial Independence
Brand partners may provide information, access, or compensation, but all opinions and recommendations in sponsored content are our own. Partners do not have editorial approval unless explicitly disclosed.
5.3 FTC Compliance
Feisworld complies with FTC Guides (16 CFR Part 255). All material connections — paid sponsorships, affiliate commissions, free products, ambassador relationships — are disclosed prominently at or near the beginning of relevant content.
Podcast, Video, and Media Content
7.1 Ownership
All podcast episodes, video content, livestream recordings, documentary productions, and other media published by Feisworld are the property of Feisworld, LLC unless otherwise noted.
7.2 Guest Appearances
Guests grant Feisworld permission to record, edit, publish, distribute, and promote recordings across all platforms and formats, in perpetuity, unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
7.3 Fair Use and Commentary
Feisworld may include short excerpts of third-party media for commentary, criticism, education, or review purposes, in accordance with fair use principles under U.S. copyright law.

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Feisworld does not warrant that:
- The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- Any content is complete, accurate, reliable, or current.
- Any recommended tool will meet your needs or expectations.
- AI-assisted content is free from errors or omissions.
Content on feisworld.com is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEISWORLD, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, ANY CONTENT ON OR LINKED FROM THE SERVICES, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY TOOL ACCESSED THROUGH OUR SITE.
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amounts you have paid to Feisworld in the preceding 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Feisworld, LLC, its founders, team members, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you submit.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
11.2 Informal Resolution
Before initiating formal dispute resolution, contact us at legal@feisworld.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
11.3 Binding Arbitration
Unresolved disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the AAA under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Massachusetts or by phone/video at your election.
11.4 Class Action Waiver
Disputes will be conducted only on an individual basis — not in any class, consolidated, or representative action.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
DMCA and Copyright Infringement Claims
To submit a copyright infringement notice, contact our DMCA Agent at legal@feisworld.com. Your notice must include:
- A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The URL where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A good faith belief statement that the use is not authorized.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
AI and Automated Access
14.1 Restrictions on Automated Access
You may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar technologies to access or index content from feisworld.com, except as permitted by our robots.txt or with prior written consent.
14.2 AI Training Prohibition
You may not use content from feisworld.com — including text, images, audio, video, graphics, and metadata — to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or develop AI systems or large language models without our explicit written consent. This applies regardless of how the content is accessed.
14.3 Reservation of Rights
Feisworld reserves all rights not expressly granted with respect to use of our content by AI systems and automated technologies.
Force Majeure
Feisworld shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, internet outages, cyberattacks, or third-party service failures.
Assignment
Feisworld may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets without restriction. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent.
Accessibility
Feisworld is committed to making our digital properties accessible to all users, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. To report an accessibility issue, contact legal@feisworld.com.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Feisworld, LLC regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
